A growing number of states are ending extended jobless benefits early. While some say cutting off the benefits is economically short-sighted, others say they are to blame for people taking their time getting back to work. Mick Mulvaney, founder of Exegis Capital, and Betsey Stevenson, professor at the University of Michigan's Ford School, joined "Squawk Box" on Monday to discuss.
